Samuel is a graduate of accounting and an Associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (“CITN”).  He is also a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (“NIM”).

Samuel is a professional with over 7 years of experience in providing auditing, financial reporting and tax compliance services.  He started his Professional career in Ike Ujah & Co (Chartered Accountant) in 2017, where he worked with teams that audited the financial statements of Microfinance banks, the Bank of Industry, and one of the renowned Professional bodies in Nigeria.

Samuel joined our firm in 2020 and has since then provided accounting support, tax compliance, tax advisory, tax audit and investigation management services to clients in diverse sectors of Nigeria economy, with special focus on the financial services sector
