Oladimeji is a graduate of accounting and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (“ICAN”).

Oladimeji is a professional with over 10 years of combined experience in risk management and control, accounting and tax compliance services.  Oladimeji commenced his professional career at BEDC Electricity PLC, one of the eleven (11) Electricity Distribution Companies in Nigeria, where he worked as an Internal Control/ Risk Officer with teams that carried out risk-based audit, compliance, system-based audit, and assurance-based audit of the company’s operational, compliance, and financial activities.  He was part of the team that developed the strategic risk assessment plan which led to the reduction of BEDC Electricity’s ATC&C losses.  Oladimeji has experience in providing risk assessment, compliance review, tax audit/investigation management, accounting support and tax compliance services to clients in diverse sector of the Nigerian economy.   Oladimeji also provides support in conducting tax due diligence and liaising with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (“FIRS”) and other State Internal Revenue Services (“SIRS”) in Nigeria.
