Taofeek is the Managing Partner of ISC Tax Services.  He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (“ICAN”) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (“CITN”), and a qualified Nigerian lawyer.  He started his professional career in the Tax, Regulatory and People Services Division of KPMG Professional Services in March 2006.  He left to join Ikeyi & Arifayan and was seconded to Ikaar Services LLP in November 2010.  Taofeek’s experience includes tax compliance services (computation, review and filing), start-up tax advisory and support services, liaison with the Federal Inland Revenue Service and the Internal Revenue Services of various states, including Lagos, Edo, Enugu, Benue and Rivers States and rendition of advisory opinions on tax structuring in relation to companies, contracts and projects.  He has rendered advice to several local and multi-national companies, and to various public sector clients.

Taofeek qualified as a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (“ICAN”) in 2003, before obtaining his LL. B degree from the University of Ibadan in 2004 and a B.L. degree from the Nigerian Law School in 2005.  He also holds a National Diploma in Business Studies.
